To be accepted and published in Manhajuna: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Fiqih Kontemporer, authors submitting manuscripts are required to comply with and complete all stages of the journal’s peer-review process. By submitting a manuscript, the author is deemed to have agreed to the following terms:

1. The copyright of accepted and published articles is transferred to Manhajuna: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Fiqih Kontemporer as the journal publisher. This transfer includes the rights to publish and distribute the article in various forms and media, including but not limited to print, electronic, and reprint versions.
2. Manhajuna: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Fiqih Kontemporer retains the publishing rights to all articles that have been published.
3. Authors are permitted to disseminate their published articles by sharing the official link or DOI available on the Manhajuna: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Fiqih Kontemporer website.
4. Authors are allowed to use their published articles for legitimate and lawful purposes (such as academic, educational, and further research activities) without requiring written permission from the publisher, provided that proper acknowledgment is given stating that the article was first published in Manhajuna: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Fiqih Kontemporer.
