Publication Fee

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an article submission fee.

Article Publication:
a. All Indonesian Authors: IDR 500,000
b. Indonesian Author(s) in collaboration with Author(s) from other countries: IDR 250,000
c. FREE OF CHARGE will be available for paper submission of authors outside the country of Indonesia

If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an article publication fee to cover publication costs. Payment of the article publication charge is made through BRI Bank and sent via Email or WhatsApp.

There are no charges for rejected articles and no submission charges. The APC will NOT be returned for retracted articles due to misconduct.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) covers the costs of peer review administration, DOI number, production of articles in PDF format, and OJS maintenance as well.

APC Waiver Policy

Authors who cannot pay the Article Processing Charge may request a full or partial waiver.

A waiver request must be submitted to the editorial office before the article enters the production stage. The request should briefly explain the author’s financial circumstances and institutional funding availability.

The Editor-in-Chief and journal management will evaluate waiver requests independently from the editorial and peer-review decisions.

A waiver request will not influence the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript.

Eligible applicants may receive:

  • A full waiver of 100 percent; or
  • A partial waiver of 50 percent.

The journal will communicate the waiver decision before requesting payment.
