Copyright and Licensing Policy

Copyright for articles published in Tsaqafatuna: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan Islam remains with the author or authors.

Authors grant Tsaqafatuna: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan Islam a non-exclusive right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, preserve, archive, index, and promote the article in print and electronic formats.

All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, or CC BY 4.0. This license permits users to copy, distribute, display, adapt, transform, and build upon the material for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author or authors and the original publication in this journal.

Authors may enter into additional non-exclusive agreements for the distribution of the published version of their article. Authors may also deposit the preprint, accepted manuscript, and published version of record in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other platforms without an embargo.

Tsaqafatuna: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan Islam does not require authors to transfer copyright or grant exclusive publishing rights to the journal or publisher.
