STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN KONSELING SEKOLAH DALAM PENANAMAN LITERASI KESEHATAN MENTAL PADA SISWA

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya permasalahan kesehatan mental pada remaja serta perlunya peran sekolah dalam menanamkan literasi kesehatan mental melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengelolaan konseling sekolah dalam penanaman literasi kesehatan mental pada siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru BK, personel BK, dan pimpinan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan konseling sekolah dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tahapan komitmen, asesmen, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Strategi yang diterapkan bersifat kolaboratif, preventif, dan berbasis data, dengan melibatkan seluruh elemen sekolah serta mitra eksternal. Program ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap kesehatan mental, memperkuat sistem dukungan psikososial di sekolah, serta menurunkan stigma terhadap masalah kesehatan mental. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan konseling sekolah yang terintegrasi menjadi strategi efektif dalam menanamkan literasi kesehatan mental pada siswa secara berkelanjutan.
