The research method used is literature study. The results show that the non-cash gold buying and selling practice in Indonesia still needs further attention, as there are obstacles in this practice such as lack of transparency in gold prices, difficulty in determining gold buying and selling prices, and difficulty in understanding the mechanism of non-cash gold buying and selling. The Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 provides clear guidance on the practice of gold buying and selling, but there are still practices that do not comply with the fatwa. Efforts are needed to increase awareness and compliance of business actors to the Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, improve non-cash gold buying and selling systems, increase the role of regulators, and provide better education on non-cash gold buying and selling practices for the public. By taking these implications, non-cash gold buying and selling practices in Indonesia can be developed better and in accordance with the Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010.

2023-05-27T08:55:55+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Al-Wajih: The Journal of Islamic Studies https://jurnal.stit-buntetpesantren.ac.id/index.php/alwajih/article/view/222 Ishlah Resolution Refers to the Period of 'Iddah Perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali 2023-05-27T09:54:07+00:00 Anisul Fuad anisulfuad@syekhnurjati.ac.id
There are still many families who are unable to realize a life that is sakinah, mawaddah, and warahmah due to various factors. Therefore, awareness of the need to renew the relationship between men and women in a direction that is more just and equal continues and remains a topic of study that needs to be discussed. This is because the dominance of men continues to stick due to matriarchal culture in the wider community so that women experience unfair and marginalized treatment, even women are belittled and have a lower position than men.

In this way, studies and discussions on gender equality emerged, and even gave birth to a movement known as Islamic feminism. The Islamic feminist movement must be based on a reinterpretation of Islamic teachings, so as to strengthen women's rights and give them an equal place in society and participate in various fields of life, including in the political and economic fields.
